IBRUXEN IBRUTINIB 140 MG

Form : Capsules 

Dosage : Recommended dosage for Mantle Cell Lymphoma (MCL) and Marginal zone lymphoma- 560 mg (four 140mg capsules) orally once daily until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity. 

Recommended dosage for Chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL)/small lymphocytic leukemia (SLL) and Waldenstrom macroglobulinemia- 420 mg (three 140mmg capsules) orally once daily until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity. 

Recommended dosage for Chronic craft versus hot disease– 420 mg (three 140mg capsules) orally once daily until progression, recurrence of an underlying malignancy, or  unacceptable toxicity. 

Storage : Store between  20°C  and 25°C

Common side effects are diarrhea, thrombocytopenia, anemia, neutropenia, fatigue, musculoskeletal pain, upper respiratory tract infection, peripheral edema, nausea, dyspnea, bruising, rash, constipation, vomiting, decreased appetite and abdominal pain.
