GLIOZ TEMOZOLOMIDE 5 MG, 20 MG, 100 MG AND 250MG

Form : Capsule

Dosage : Recommended dosage for Brain Tumor : The starting dose is 150 mg/m2 once daily for first 5 days in 28days cycle. It may be adjusted depending upon blood counts. Max: 200 mg/m2/day. 

Storage : Store at 15-30°C

Common side effects are rash, Headache, Dizziness, Convulsion, Coordination disorder, Insomnia (difficulty in sleeping), Vomiting, Weakness, Nausea, Loss of appetite, Hair loss, Fatigue, Fever, Diarrhea, Memory loss, Constipation, Hemiparesis (weakness on one side of the body) and Viral infection.
